Minecraft Xbox feature locked out for some players

Hey guys, so it seems that there is a big problem brewing for owners of Minecraft for the 360, which came out earlier today. The problem is mainly for people who do not own a HDTV.

The long awaited split screen feature is only available to players who own an HDTV. This causes many problems for some people because the reason they bought the game rather than the counterpart on the PC is because of that feature.

Also, there is no information of this written anywhere on the Xbox Marketplace and the point of purchase and the Minecraft forums are bursting with threads about this issue.

What do you guys think? Should these players get a refund, or is it too bad that they did not do further, intensive research? Post your comments below!
